We discovered Martinique in 2009 and it was a real crush.

Since 2009, we have returned regularly, particularly as part of my professional activity.

We had the chance to acquire a magnificent apartment located in the Pointe Philippeau Holiday Village in Sainte-Luce.

In 2023, we have taken over the management of our apartment directly. We have therefore renovated, refurnished and decorated it so that you feel at home and that its comfort is optimal...

...because our goal is simple: to give you an unforgettable experience and make you love Martinique!

Services

Our apartment is located in the Pierre et Vacances Holiday Village in Sainte-Luce.

Some services are free and included in the rental of our apartment. Other services are paid for and available from the site manager (Pierre et Vacances) or its partners (Restaurants, car rental, etc.). Service details below:

Parking free

Free parking at your disposal in the Holiday Village: we'll give you a badge to access the car park.

Wifi free

Free WiFi available to you in our apartment: before your arrival, we'll give you the access code to the WiFi box.

Aquatic complex free

Free access to the 650 m2 aquatic complex and its activities (aquagym, aperitifizzes, etc.): upon arrival, we'll give bracelets to access the aquatic complex.

Sports fields free

Free access to the pétanque court, beach volleyball court and tennis court.

Catering (paid services)

Paid access to the various restaurants, bars and snack bars in the Holiday Village: Habitation Philippeau restaurant, Les Terrasses d'Ariel restaurant, Kaz'A Fé pizerria, "O'Ti snack" snack bar and the All'In bar.

Diving club and Jet-ski (paid services)

Paid access and must be reserved through Pierre et Vacances.

Rental car (paid service)

Paid access and must be reserved through Pierre et Vacances.

Supermarket and laundromat (paid services)

The Holiday Village includes a mini market and a launderette with washing machines and dryers (our apartment is already equipped with a washing machine and our 2 terraces will allow you to easily dry your laundry).
