Our apartment is located in the premium Residence Les Ilets (Trinidad building) of the Village Vacances Pierre et Vacances in Sainte-Luce.

After some work and improvements, we had our apartment classified as furnished tourist accommodation and obtained 3 stars for this classification in 2024.

Located upstairs, our apartment is not overlooked. Its exceptional and unique location gives it an incredible view which extends from Sainte-Anne (Anse-Meunier, lighthouse of Cabrits Island, etc.) to Le Diamant and what we call here "The Lying Woman".

Fully air-conditioned and with a surface area of ​​72 m2, our apartment is made up of a living room, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms + 1 alcove), 2 bathrooms, a terrace (Diamond side) with a veranda kitchen and a second private terrace on the entrance side (Sainte-Anne side).

Household linen provided: sheets, duvets, towels (1/person), shower towels (1/person), tea towels, tablecloths. Pool towels: included only for reservations made via our website. For reservations made through platforms (e.g., Airbnb, booking.com, pool access is not included in the apartment rental and must be arranged with the site manager Pierre & Vacances (pool towels are therefore not included in this case).

Leisure kit provided: 8 pétanque balls, 1 beach volleyball, 1 frisbee, 2 wooden beach rackets + balls, 4 ping-pong rackets + balls, 2 tennis rackets + balls

Equipment for 1 baby: 1 travel cot, 1 high chair, 1 baby bath and 1 toilet reducer. Non-smoking apartment.

Animals are not allowed. Free WiFi/parking.
